Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Good analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Multitasking skills
• Reliability

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls without sales or cold calling
• Provide pre-sales assistance by answering questions about products from catalogs and help screens
• Enter orders for sample swatches, quotes, and new orders
• Provide post-sales assistance including status updates and order tracking
• Troubleshoot issues using available guides
• Enter orders for parts, repairs, and remakes
• Issue credits
