About The Position

Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC is a family-owned business in Littleton, MA, focused on providing reliable expert care to the customers while sharing in the success of the company and enjoying a healthy work/life balance. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this position, you will be taking inbound calls and setting up service/maintenance appointments, as well as making outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed and offering additional products and services. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality, along with strong multi-tasking abilities. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have empathy
• Quick learner and retains knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills
• 1-2 years inside sales, call center, or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Must be able to multi-task

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus
