Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to handle customer calls with excellent phone skills
• Proven track record as a team player in a customer service environment
• Proactive approach to identify and solve problems
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
• Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly with flexibility for evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards for efficient and proper communication to customers
• Develop talent through hands-on teaching and coaching
• Provide daily support via phones for stores, customers, and drivers
• Complete Product Confirmation Calls to customers daily
• Conduct customer service follow-up calls and surveys per company standards
• Manage the dispatch process with the office team
• Analyze completion rates and nonproductive tasks to identify root causes
• Ensure all service call routes are completed and analyzed daily, regularly communicating findings
• Participate in the execution of the Uniters Claim process (charge for delivery)
• Maintain a clean and well-organized facility
• Provide insights and ideas for solutions based on customer feedback
