As a Customer Service Representative, also referred to as a Sweat Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping the company achieve its ambitious growth goals. This position is based in Durham, North Carolina, and involves engaging with customers to address their sweat-related needs, ensuring they have a positive experience with Carpe's products. Your primary focus will be to retain loyal customers by managing their auto-renewals and processing order replacements, while also providing product suggestions and usage tips. You will be expected to understand customer trends and communicate effectively with the marketing and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
