About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, while becoming an expert in our products and solutions. This full-time role requires working on-site and includes a shift that runs from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, covering four weekdays and one weekend day.
