The customer service representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information, quoting, placing/scheduling orders and resolving issues. Essential job functions: Handle customer inquiries by email, phone. Data Entry Quoting, placing and scheduling orders provided by large customer base Provide information about the products and services Resolve customer issues and concerns Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Manage files, update paperwork, distribute communications in a timely manner. Maintaining and growing customer relationships.
