About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answer chats/emails regarding accounts payable and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.

Requirements

  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Ability to use web-based computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer’s issues.
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
