Customer Service Representative – Grande Aire Services (Bonita Springs, FL)

Requirements

• 1+ year call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A positive, service-driven attitude
• Typing Skills

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls
• Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments
• Saturday Dispatch Rotation
• Set up and maintain customer records in Service Titan
• Coordinate and dispatch appointments
• Promote services and assist across communication channels
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism
• Support basic accounts receivable tasks
