Customer Service Representatives are responsible for building relationships with our customers and assuring their business needs are met.

  • 3+ years in an Inside Sales Role

Responsibilities

  • Have positive interactions and communication with all customers and suppliers.
  • Manage multiple customer orders, associated tasks, and projects simultaneously and respond quickly to all customer requests.
  • Take responsibility for the profitability of each of your individual customer order transactions (working in conjunction with Field Sales when necessary).
  • Develop and ensure sense of urgency and culture of quality, safety, and adherence to company core values.
  • Manage customers and suppliers with a positive attitude.
  • Work to meet required customer ship dates.
  • Work customer open customer order reports weekly via your SXe OEIO screen and your open supplier PO report as provided.
  • Take responsibility for the completion of your orders through the invoicing stage in OEIO.
  • Process orders and quotations accurately and timely.
  • Provide quotation copies to field sales reps on a timely basis.
  • Work closely with field sales to meet customer needs (quotations, pricing, project work, product research, expediting)
  • Keep customer cross-reference and customer contract pricing current.
  • Work to increase GM% with non-contract customers.
  • Actively participate in the outbound call campaign as required.
