About The Position

Austin Retina Associates is seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual to join our call center team. This role will include making and changing appointments and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual in Spanish
  • Experienced with multi-line phone system
  • Medical scheduling in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Answers on a fast paced environment, 200 - 300 calls per day
  • Schedule and change patient appointments using multiple software systems
  • Communicates with the scheduling team as needed to ensure calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Takes messages for Staff
  • Assess patient needs to prioritize and schedule accordingly, communicating with physician and/or their teams as needed
  • Communicate with physician teams as needed to further support scheduling needs
  • Perform administrative support as needed
