About The Position

Our dynamic and dedicated team is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative with a passion for veterinary medicine and a drive to grow professionally. This role involves being the welcoming face and voice for clients, ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction. Responsibilities include handling scheduling, client inquiries, managing calls effectively, and processing medication refills and appointment requests through multiple level platforms. The representative will also collaborate with medical and technical staff to support seamless communication and care. Requirements

  • A solid background in vet med is required.
  • Must be able to work 50% of Saturdays.
  • Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM, so reliability and punctuality are essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience managing high call volumes is a plus.
  • Ambition to grow into a CSR Lead position.
