About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galesburg, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
  • Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system
  • Process cash transactions and handle payments securely
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with various tasks to support smooth store operations
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
