About The Position

The IMA Group is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced role in Syracuse, NY. This position involves managing high-volume calls and emails, coordinating Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), and acting as a key liaison between clients, attorneys, and claimants. The IMA Group supports local, state, and federal agencies through its Government Services Division, meets evaluation and screening needs for various payers through its Payer Services Division, and conducts clinical trials through its Clinical Research Division.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate IMEs
  • Communicate with clients and claimants
  • Manage medical records via WCB portal
  • Coordinate translation & transportation services
  • Resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
