As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our production floor-keeping communication clear, timelines on track, and customers happy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, account support, or a related role
• Experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, or a regulated industry (nutraceutical, food, pharma, or cosmetics preferred)
• Strong communication skills-clear, friendly, and professional
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• A problem-solving mindset and a "let's figure it out" attitude
• Comfort using CRM, ERP, or order management systems (or the ability to learn quickly)

Nice To Haves

• Have experience working cross-functionally with production or operations teams
• Understand timelines, POs, SKUs, and shipping processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems
• Manage and track customer orders through manufacturing and fulfillment
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, QA, shipping, sales) to ensure smooth execution
• Proactively communicate updates, timelines, and changes
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate records, order notes, and documentation
