At Premier Systems, we do things differently—and we’re looking for a driven, competitive Customer Service Representative to bring the energy and take ownership of every call, every task, and every opportunity. You’ll be more than just the face of the company—you’ll be the driving force behind it. You’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations, from answering a high volume of calls with unmatched enthusiasm to being the go-to assistant for our Leadership/Management Team. Your responsibilities will include everything from maintaining a sharp, clean workspace to organizing office supplies, running our Membership Program, and processing invoices with precision. You’ll be booking appointments through Service Titan, ensuring our customers feel like they’re in expert hands at every touchpoint, and providing admin support across the board. Whether it's engaging with customers over the phone, in person, or via text, you’ll make sure Premier Systems shines bright every time. You'll also step into on-call rotation during extreme weather conditions (remotely, excluding Sundays)—because we don’t stop when things get tough, and neither do you.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules or projects efficiently.
  • Valid MT Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan and Google Suites.
  • Experience with sales calls, follow-ups, public relations, or dispatching.
