You’ll be more than just the face of the company—you’ll be the driving force behind it. You’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations, from answering a high volume of calls with unmatched enthusiasm to being the go-to assistant for our Leadership/Management Team. Your responsibilities will include everything from maintaining a sharp, clean workspace to organizing office supplies, running our Membership Program, and processing invoices with precision. You’ll be booking appointments through Service Titan, ensuring our customers feel like they’re in expert hands at every touchpoint, and providing admin support across the board. Whether it's engaging with customers over the phone, in person, or via text, you’ll make sure Premier Systems shines bright every time. You'll also step into on-call rotation during extreme weather conditions (remotely, excluding Sundays)—because we don’t stop when things get tough, and neither do you.
