About The Position

Looking for a fast-paced role where organization and communication skills truly matter? We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume calls and emails, coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), and serve as a key liaison between clients, attorneys, and claimants.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate IMEs
  • Communicate with clients and claimants
  • Manage medical records via WCB portal
  • Coordinate translation & transportation services
  • Resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
