Job Summary Acrisure is seeking a customer service representative to support our aerospace and aviation team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail oriented, and is interested in building a career in the insurance industry. In this role, you will assist clients and internal teams with policy servicing, data entry, and general account support. You will work with a variety of aviation clients, including corporate and private aircraft owners, while learning the fundamentals of insurance and client service.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills and reliability
  • Ability to perform basic calculations related to premiums and percentages
  • Previous office, customer service, or insurance experience is helpful but not required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or prior office experience preferred
  • Insurance experience is not required; training will be provided and licensing may be pursued as part of future career growth

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with policy related requests, including applications, policy updates, and premium payments
  • Help collect and organize renewal information for assigned accounts
  • Review policies and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
  • Document client interactions and updates in internal systems
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Support incoming calls and provide general assistance as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience
