About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and assisting with the food program. The role involves working both inside and outside the store to maintain high standards of appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required, and you will interact with many customers daily as part of an energetic team. Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers
Ability to provide excellent customer care
Ability to communicate and engage in friendly conversation
Ability to perform at a quick pace while having fun
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
Ability to come up with great ideas to solve problems
Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
Requires eye-hand coordination
May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
