Belden's Customer Service Representative supports the sales goals of the company by developing and maintaining a highly skilled level of product knowledge, sales policies, familiarity of departmental, interdepartmental and interplant procedures to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Under this role, you will coordinate with our Field Sales, Inside Sales, Engineering and Marketing teams to meet customer requirements and provide exemplary service to our customersby recommending productsand/or product alternatives to meet their needs. This role will be based in the Richmond Division office in Richmond, Indiana.
