Customer Service Representative - Remote
About The Position

You’ll handle everything from verifying insurance details to scheduling deliveries, all while providing top-notch support and educating patients about their financial responsibilities.
Requirements
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience or medical terminology knowledge
- Familiarity in nursing homes or CNA roles
- Experience handling inbound calls
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert on our products and services.
- Answer calls and emails promptly, providing clear and helpful information.
- Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure accuracy every step of the way.
- Navigate multiple EMR systems to manage patient records and authorizations.
- Complete insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations when needed.
- Communicate with patients and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
