This full-time, in-office position plays a key role in delivering top-tier service to homeowners, board members, and vendors across the communities we manage.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (HOA, property management, or real estate experience a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with association management software preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Team-oriented, with a professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails from residents, board members, and vendors.
  • Resolve inquiries related to community rules, assessments, maintenance requests, and general HOA operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Work closely with community managers and other internal departments to escalate and address more complex issues.
  • Assist in processing architectural requests, amenity reservations, and account status updates.
  • Foster positive relationships by providing courteous, timely, and solution-focused responses.
