The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service while actively converting inquiries into booked business for Go Mini’s portable storage. This role answers inbound calls, quotes rates, builds customer confidence, and guides prospects through the decision process to secure bookings. Responsibilities also include billing, A/R and collections, outbound follow-up, and proactive business development. This is a remote opportunity - MST/CST Preferred but not required - Role may need candidate to accommodate MST hours if located outside that area.
