Requirements

  • Previous experience in a phone-centric customer service role required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to adapt to change and shifting priorities
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Construction, utility locating, or related industry knowledge is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor email
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or other systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Adapt quickly to changing processes, systems, and customer needs
  • Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company standards
