We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, positive attitude.
Proficiency with computers and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
