About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role offers a dynamic and enjoyable work environment with opportunities for career advancement. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, making purchase suggestions, and assisting with the food program. The position requires working both inside and outside the store to maintain high standards of appearance and provide prompt, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is essential, involving daily interactions with customers and collaborative teamwork to achieve daily goals.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers
Ability to provide excellent customer care

Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
