Responsibilities

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after service visits
  • Handle inbound customer calls and assist with basic inquiries
  • Ensure customers are satisfied and address any concerns promptly
  • Help maintain strong communication between customers and the service team
  • Assist with various administrative and customer service tasks as needed
