About The Position

Our client in Janesville is looking for a Customer Service Rep. Our client is a PVC wholesaler and they are looking for someone whose goal will be to work for them long term and grow as part of their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity working 40 hours/week. Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Requirements

• Must have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent data entry skills.
• Positive and approachable demeanor
• Problem solving ability
• Proven multitasking ability

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers on the phone or in person about product availability and taking orders.
• Entering order information into computer system and generating bill of sale.
• Frequent use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Deal with customer complaints and help resolve problems.
• Coordinate with management to help ensure inventory levels are maintained.
• Other office duties such as filing, data entry, organization
