About The Position

An established and growing organization is seeking an entry‑level Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑paced, client‑facing team in Enfield, CT. In this temp‑to‑hire role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, spending most of your day on the phone handling inquiries, processing requests, and coordinating closely with internal teams. Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone for the majority of the workday

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, building professional and reliable working relationships
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls throughout the day, addressing client questions, requests, and updates in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Accurately process and enter client information into internal systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Coordinate order details, timelines, and schedules with internal production and operations teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Manage recurring client requests while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across phone, email, and internal communication channels
  • Provide general administrative and customer support to assist with day‑to‑day operations
  • Learn and navigate internal systems and tools to support client service and workflow efficiency
  • Multitask effectively by balancing phone calls, data entry, and coordination responsibilities in a busy office environment
