About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurate order entry, customer data setup and maintenance, and providing professional support to customers via phone and email. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm. Order Entry & Sales Coordination Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems in a high-volume environment. Verify pricing, product availability, shipping details, and special terms prior to processing. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Track and communicate order status updates, discrepancies, or delays. Process order changes, credits, returns, and related documentation. Customer Account Setup & Data Management Establish and maintain customer data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems. Input, update, and validate customer information to ensure data integrity. Use Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) to organize, analyze, and maintain data through sorting, filtering, and formula application. Maintain organized electronic records and documentation. Customer Communication Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner. Draft clear, accurate, and professional written correspondence. Provide product information, order updates, and resolution of routine issues. Demonstrate strong comprehension skills to accurately interpret and respond to customer needs. Administrative Support Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively. Maintain accurate records and adhere to established procedures. Provide general administrative support to sales and customer service teams as needed. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills including active listening. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
