This role is responsible for handling inbound customer communications, processing orders via phone, email, internet, and in person, and supporting sales operations to achieve company goals. The Customer Service Representative works closely with the sales team, National Accounts, warehouse staff, buyers, and the Accounts Receivable team to ensure accurate order processing, effective communication, and exceptional customer service. A strong willingness to learn Peddler’s Son processes, procedures, and the produce industry is essential. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination between the office and warehouse.
