About The Position

Safe Haven Security is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our organization. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional assistance to customers by delivering comprehensive product and service information through phone and email communication channels.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Investigate customer concerns and issues thoroughly, offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records while collaborating with various departments to guarantee exceptional service delivery
  • Coordinate with technical teams to schedule appointments and provide further assistance to customers with technical concerns
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email interactions
