About The Position

Cardinal Glass has an immediate full time opening for a customer service representative in our Easton, PA location. The primary duties for this position include processing customer orders, changes and returns, answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors and managing invoices from vendors or suppliers. We are looking for a positive, professional and respectful employee to join our team. This will be considered a 1st shift position Cardinal Glass is the premier glass manufacturer in North America. We are the leading supplier to all major residential window and door manufacturers in the US and Canada. At Cardinal, we maintain a clear vision of designing and fabricating the most advanced residential glass products in the industry. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • basic computer and organizational skills
  • communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and prioritize assignments
