About The Position
TEMP Customer Service Representative (Remote) Location: North Austin (Remote after 1 week onsite training) MUST BE IN AUSTIN Pay: $17/hour Duration: Contract (project-based) Start Date: March 17th, 2026 Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM (Monday–Friday) 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Friday) This role focuses on customer support for conferences and events.
Requirements
- Must live within a 20-mile radius of North Austin, TX
- Previous work-from-home experience
- High-speed internet
- Ability to attend one week of onsite training
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Qualified candidates are subject to I-9, E-Verify, and criminal background checks.
Responsibilities
- Registering attendees for conferences
- Booking hotel reservations
- Updating attendee profiles
- Answering questions via phone, email, and live chat
