Requirements

  • 1–3 years of order processing and customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Answer incoming calls professionally
  • Work within an ERP system to manage orders and customer information
  • Perform light administrative tasks as needed
  • Learn wiring product details to support customer service
