About The Position

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments as well as autonomously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, customer service, or order entry preferred
  • Experience working with ERPs or order management systems

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Provide product information, pricing, and lead‑time details
  • Manage and prioritize expedite requests through effective coordination with production and scheduling
  • Enter customer quotes and orders into the ERP system accurately
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests
  • Coordinate with production and shipping to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Support general customer service and administrative tasks as needed
