Requirements
- Friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to answer the phone with a welcoming voice and follow a script
- Customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- A team player who enjoys helping customers and supporting their coworkers
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments
- Provide friendly, professional support to customers who need help
- Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Enter and update customer information in the system
- Help ensure every customer has a great experience from the first call to the completed job
