About The Position

Interior Exterior Building Supply, a leading commercial and residential building material supplier in the Southeast, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its North Charleston, SC location. This role involves assisting Managers and Outside Sales to ensure customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties related to client communications and directly assisting incoming customers with sales. Key responsibilities include receiving calls and helping walk-in commercial and residential customers with quotes and orders, inputting information into the GUI system, maintaining efficient paper flow and communication within and between departments, and managing deliveries and order processing through the shipping stage. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills including proper phone etiquette is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required

Nice To Haves

College coursework in related field preferred
1-2 years sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as well as assist incoming customers with sales.
