Requirements

  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Experience in veterinary, medical, or fast-paced service environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and support clients with empathy during urgent and emotional situations
  • Manage high-volume calls, walk-ins, and emergency scheduling
  • Communicate clearly between clients and the medical team
  • Assist with patient intake, records, and billing
  • Help keep the hospital running smoothly during busy emergency caseloads
