Lichty Brothers, Inc. is a family-owned automotive repair company that has served Lancaster County for over 75 years. In addition to collision repair, the company now offers full mechanical and general automotive services through M&M General Repair as part of Lichty Brothers. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and willing to learn new software.
  • Communicates clearly, builds relationships easily, and genuinely cares about helping others.
  • Handles every interaction with honesty and takes responsibility for their actions.
  • Listens to customer needs and works to find the best solution in each situation.
  • Willing to jump in and help wherever needed to support the team and serve customers well.
  • Able to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work through challenges in a busy environment.
  • Able to move between the office and shop, sit for periods of time, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers in person, over the phone, and by email—answering questions and keeping things moving.
  • Walk customers through the repair process, from scheduling and drop-off to pick-up.
  • Create a welcoming environment and make customers feel comfortable while they're in the shop.
  • Coordinate paperwork, loaner or rental cars, and other service-related details.
  • Follow up with customers after service to make sure they're satisfied.
  • Keep schedules organized and support the team with customer files and estimates.
  • Prepare billing, collect payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Communicate with customers, team members, and vendors to keep everything on track.
