Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for members, providing helpful, professional support.
  • Share clear, accurate information about our products and services.
  • Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and guiding members through their questions.
  • Assist with everyday banking needs—savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more.
  • Recommend services that fit each member’s needs and help build strong, positive relationships.
