About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a key team member responsible for providing quality customer service and preparing delicious food. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing information, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service ability
- Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Must be 16 years of age or older
