Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the voice of the company to our customers. This role focuses on delivering a responsive, caring, and reliable experience for funeral home partners and other customers who depend on us during important moments. The CSR ensures every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to making it easy for customers to do business with us.
