As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key level of support for our local and regional grocery store, food processor and distributor customers. A large portion of your day will be spent answering customer inquiries and entering & processing orders (50-100 daily) via the AS400 system. In addition to order support, you will investigate customer order and delivery problems and/or complaints to successful resolution. To be most successful in this investigative work, you will need to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a M-F, 7am-4pm role, working in our Anaheim, CA office.
