As a Customer Service Representative with Best Block you are responsible for: Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers. Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell. Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders. Working with Outside Sales Representatives. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications. Knowing competitor products. Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries. Completing daily paperwork.
