About The Position

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work with a team of 6-8 peers to answer inquiries (50-100 calls & emails/day) regarding business customer accounts to investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. You will serve as the liaison between the sales staff, warehouse team, billing and the customer. This role is onsite in our Seattle WA (Sumner) office, M-F. You will be assigned a consistent shift either 7:00a-4:00p or 8:00a – 5:00p. There may be some flexibility to work from home 1 day per week. Responsibilities: Answering inquiries from distributor customers, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps by email, EDI, phone or fax. Entering and processing high-volume orders accurately with specific attention to detail. Investigate customer problems and/or complaints and coordinate effective solutions through to resolution. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders with exceptional service. Function as a liaison between customer service and other departments in the company to address customer needs. Expediting orders as required. Maintain a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, processes, and policies. Working collaboratively with other departments to coordinate effective solutions and meet business goals and objectives. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required A minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel AS400 experience is a plus Time management and workload prioritization skills Resourceful problem solver with strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Willingness to Cross-Train and help others when needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excel at fostering positive relationships while handling diverse personalities with diplomacy and professionalism What's in it for you? Requirements
