About The Position

At Premier Systems, we are seeking a driven and competitive Customer Service Representative to take ownership of every call, task, and opportunity. This role is integral to daily operations, involving answering a high volume of calls with enthusiasm and providing essential assistance to the Leadership/Management Team. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, organizing office supplies, managing the Membership Program, and processing invoices with precision. The representative will book appointments using Service Titan, ensure excellent customer experience across all interactions (phone, in-person, text), and provide general administrative support. Additionally, the position requires participation in an on-call rotation during extreme weather conditions (remotely, excluding Sundays).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules or projects efficiently
  • Valid MT Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan and Google Suites
  • Experience with sales calls, follow-ups, public relations, or dispatching
