WAGO is the backbone of a smart, connected world. WAGO Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic individual to perform customer service, sales, and technical support. Individual will write orders and relay pertinent order information to customers while coordinating with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers. Under direct supervision of Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service representative will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about company products and services. This individual will be involved in all aspects of customer service and work closely with other internal staff to provide quality service to our customers.
