About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar tools)
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
