We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is primarily focused on order management and customer service support, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of customer orders.

  • Perform order entry and place orders for customers using Oracle (training provided).
  • Monitor client portals for PO approvals, match approvals to corresponding orders, and close them out.
  • Look up and input order numbers in the system.
  • Support Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market.
  • Process 10–15 orders per day from a shared inbox with precision and efficiency.
  • Previous experience in customer service or order management preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications; Oracle experience is a plus (training provided).
