As the first point of contact for customers, the Customer Service Representative is critical to Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s success. This role involves supporting customers with their day-to-day financial needs and building trusted relationships. The company aims to support, appreciate, and reward employees for their contributions. This is a 30-hour per week opening in the Piermont, New Hampshire branch. The role focuses on assisting customers in identifying financial needs, recommending additional products and services, and making referrals for loans, trusts, investments, and insurance. Representatives will gain an understanding of the banking industry, contribute to meeting branch goals (including deposits and loans), build community relationships, and participate in community growth. Key responsibilities include processing transactions promptly, efficiently, courteously, and professionally, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and mastering routine transactions, including account opening.
